Aromatherapy Uses for External Only

– Inhalation Inhale the aromatic vapors directly from the bottle, or place a few drops in a burner or diffuser to fill a room with its scent. Standard dose is 10 drops. Drop on tissue paper or napkin for sniff.

– Terra Cotta Aroma Diffuser Add 5-10 drops on terra cotta every 2 days.

– Bath & Shower Add 5-10 drops to hot bath water, or sprinkle into shower steam before getting in for an at-home spa experience.

– Massage Oil Add 8-10 drops of essential oil per 1 ounce of carrier oil. Apply a small amount directly to areas of concern, such as muscles, skin or joints. Work the oil gently into the skin until it is fully absorbed. Dilution are typically 2% – 10%

ข้อแนะนำก่อนการใช้งาน สำหรับใช้ภายนอกเท่านั้น

– สูดดมได้จากขวดโดยตรง โปรดระมัดระวังในการสูดดม หรือ หยดในเตาน้ำมันหอมระเหย หรือเครื่องสร้างความชื้นในอากาศ ปกติจะใช้ 10 หยด

– หยดน้ำมันหอมระเหย บนดินเผาชนิดพิเศษ ประมาณ 5-10 หยด ต่อครั้ง

-ใช้กับเตาน้ำมันหอมระเหย หรือเครื่อง Ultrasonic Humidifier เพื่อกระจายกลิ่น อัตราส่วนขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดและปริมาณน้ำ

-ผสมน้ำมันนวดกับน้ำมันพื้นฐาน อัตราส่วน น้ำมันหอมระเหย 8-10 หยด ต่อ น้ำมันพื้นฐาน 30ml.  อัตราส่วนในการผสมอยู่ 2%-10% เพื่อความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน

– หยดน้ำมันหอมระเหย 8-9 หยดในอ่างน้ำอุ่นเพื่อแช่ตัว หรือห้องอบไอน้ำ

– สามารถใช้โดยผสมน้ำมันพื้นฐานหรือเบสโลชั่นใช้นวดตัว หรือเบสแชมพูใช้สระผมในอัตราส่วน 0.5% – 3%  ผสมในโลชั่นทาผิวๆไม่เกิน 3%  ควรทดสอบการแพ้ น้ำมันหอมระเหย หลังจากที่ผสมในผลิตภัณฑ์แล้ว

– ผสมน้ำมันหอมระเหยกับน้ำ ในอัตราส่วนไม่เกิน 3% สำหรับทำสเปรย์ปรับอากาศ (เขย่าก่อนใช้ทุกครั้ง)

– หยดน้ำมันหอมระเหยลงบนสำลีหรือทิชชูสอดไว้ใต้หมอน

– ผสมน้ำมันหอมระเหยในผลิตภัณฑ์ สบู่ เทียนหอม เทียนนวดตัว และผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลผิวและเส้นผม

– ไม่ควรใช้ในตรีมีครรภ์ เด็กเล็ก และผู้ที่มีผิวบอบบางแพ้ง่าย และควรใช้อย่างระมัดระวัง

– น้ำมันหอมระเหยมีความเข้มข้นสูง ควรเจือจางก่อน น้ำมันหอมบางชนิดเท่านั้นที่สามารสัมผัสผิวได้โดยตรง โดยไม่ต้องเจือจาง แต่ควรใช้อย่างระมัดระวัง
